Possible Corrective Action:

A. Exit PDQuick then connect your Primary Computer to the Internet then re-start PDQuick.
B. Log into the Windows User that PDQuick was originally activated under.
C. Do not Log Off the Windows User on the Computer.
D. Try restarting the computer and log into the Windows User that PDQuick was originally activated under.

Other Possible Causes for Lost Activation Keys:

1. You have updated to a newer release of PDQuick more than 1 year from your last purchase.
2. You system has been disconnected from the Internet for a long time.
3. Windows Security or Operating System preventing CompuReg from operating properly.
4. Anti-Virus or Firewall blocking CompuReg from operating properly.
5. You have replaced the hard drive in your computer.
6. You have reloaded or Upgraded Windows on your computer.
7. Your computer is lost, stolen, damaged or has failed.
